Where is the studio?

The studio is based in the centre of Kettering, Northamptonshire. Our address is 4 Meeting Lane NN16 0BL.

What are your opening hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday, from 10am till 5pm, and Saturday, from 11am till 4pm. Please note that the studio might be closed if there is a session in progress which might be either upstairs or on location. Do you provide car parking?

Unfortunately, no. Our studio is located on the high street and there are no parking spaces available in front of the building. We can, however, suggest three nearby car parks when you book with us. These are all just a couple of minutes walk from our studio.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

 Yes. We require a non-refundable payment of £50, which is the session fee. This is payable on the day you make the booking with us. This £50 covers the time of the session (that will vary from 2 hours to 4 hours depending on what type of session you require), our creative styling and use of our studio clothing and accessories.

We are happy to postpone the session due to illness if notice is given. However, we will not refund the session fee if you decide to cancel the session.

How long will the session last?

Your session will last approximately 2 hours if that is – children, family, maternity session. If it is a newborn or boudoir session it may take up to 4 hours.

I don’t photograph well – can you help me?

Yes of course! We understand that you might not have the experience of being photographed and we are here to help. We are trained in body language and posing, and we will make sure that you look natural and beautiful in your photographs. Rest assured, we will make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed during your photoshoot.

How long will we have to wait before we see our photographs?

After the session, we will book the in-person viewing date with you. This is usually held between 1 to 2 weeks later. We truly believe that the in-person viewing of your images on our big screen, in the private viewing suite of our studio, is the best way to them.

However, if you have travelled in excess of 40 miles for your photoshoot and don’t wish to travel back to our studio, or if you are a maternity client and have just had your baby, we can create you an online image gallery so that you can view the images from home. The gallery will be open for 24 hours for you to view and select the images that you would like to purchase.

Do you edit all your photographs?

Yes, we do. Every image in your collection will be hand edited, one at a time with a lot of care and attention to the detail to create this unique and timeless feeling.

How many photos will we receive?

After the session, we carefully choose the best photographs and create for you a beautiful gallery of 20 unique, fully edited and finished photographs. During your viewing, you will be able to choose your favourites and decide which of the product collections that we offer works best for you. Can I buy unedited photographs?

Unfortunately no. Our style is very unique and it has got the best impact only on the finished product. For us, the picture in the camera is just a first step. It’s like a base for the best cake. We still need to add the cream and decorations on the top of it.

How long will the viewing last?

Most of the viewings last approximately 1-2 hours. If you would like to purchase wall art please measure the space at your home that you plan to fill so that you know what size artwork is required. We accept most credit/debit cards and cash. We can only keep on file the images that you order at your viewing appointment due to storage limitations.

How long I need to wait for the prints, wall art and other products?

Your chosen prints will be available for collections around 7 working days after the ordering. The wall arts and albums might take from 3 weeks up to 8 weeks, depending on the product. The digital files are available straight after the payment is done.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, we do. The minimum spend on our photography products is £295. £200 of that is required on the day of your session and that amount will be deducted from the total order when it becomes due.
